VERICUT Verification makes it easy to detect program errors as well as verify part accuracy!
Verification is the foundation of VERICUT system solutions. It's required to run any of the other software modules. Superior Performance: VERICUT's unique algorithm delivers fast, accurate results. Performance doesn't degrade with the number of cutting operations, so VERICUT can process programs with millions of cuts and virtually any type of material removal technique.
Basic verification checks 3-axis milling and 2-axis turning (including multiple setup positions). The Multi-Axis module is required to detect collisions between the tool, blank, and fixture during 4- and 5-axis rotary positioning/indexing. Add Multi-Axis to detect collisions during positioning and stock removal during continuous 4- and 5-axis milling, drilling, turning, and combined mill/turn operations.
Accurate error detection and reporting
With over two decades of development, VERICUT's error detection is extremely accurate. Errors are displayed in the color of your choice—simply click on an error to see which toolpath record is responsible. All errors are recorded in a results file. You can run block simulations and configure VERICUT to record all errors instantly.
CNC control emulation and G-code support
VERICUT accurately emulates CNC control logic. Every control in your factory can be accurately simulated to account for different machine types, programs, parts, and functions. No special programming language is required to simulate most CNC controls.

Today's CNC machines process complex NC programs. VERICUT was developed by experienced NC simulation and verification programmers and professionals, making it the ideal tool for multi-axis machines and complex NC codes.
VERICUT is designed to support advanced control functions, including:
Anticipation or compensation in the 3D cutter
Meter Length Reference Point Programming
Predefined cycles and fixing deviations
Rotary axis pivot points
Variables, subprograms and macros and macro b
Subroutines, looping, and branching logic
Tool tip programming and tool length compensation
Analysis Model
Verification allows you to visualize and analyze the geometry of the machined part. You can zoom, reverse, and rotate the model. Models can be sectioned multiple times in any orientation, allowing you to verify areas that would be impossible to see in a solid model (such as the intersection of drilled holes).
The X-Caliper™ tool measures thickness, volume, depth, clearances, distances, angles, hole diameters, corner radii, scallop height, and edges. Distance measurements of Delta X, Y, and Z components are included.
Convert NC data
Verification is also a powerful reverse postprocessor. By translating NC programs into APT or other NC data formats, it saves valuable machine tool and programmer time and enables the recycling of obsolete or incompatible NC programs.
